WHAT IS SEEN IN COURTS IS THAT THERE IS DELAY IN DELIVERING JUSTICE.....DELAYING IS ITSELF A CRIME AND CRIMINALS ARE WHO? I FILED A CASE OF FORGERY DIRECTLY AT COURT BONAI SDJM COURT (ORISSA)ICC 06/2008 WHEN THE POLICE TOOK AMPLE PLEAS NOT TO FILE CHARGESHEET. I HAVE DOCUMENTARY PROOFS WITHOUT ANY REASONABLE DOUBTS TO TAKE COGNIZANCE AND PROCEED WITH THE CASE(.) I WAS NOT EXAMINED AND MY CASE WAS DROPPED BY THE LEARNED JUDGE (.) I APPEALED BEFORE DISTRICT COURT AND CASE IS REMANDED TO LOWER COURT SDJM BONAI AGAIN TO EXAMINE COMPALINANT AND PROCEED()IN THE MEAN 4 YEARS PASSED (.)I SPENT WITH LAWYER RS 40000/ FOR REMANDING THE CASE (.)I AM STAYING 1000 KMS AWAY(.)ONE OF THE ACCUSED A PP IN SAME COURT(.)NON OF LOCAL ADVOCATE PREPARED TO TAKE THE CASE(.) HOW JUSTICE BE DONE
